9-7 last year with bledsoe (playoff team if we had a field goal kicker)

3-2 this year w/bledsoe starting, down 5 points at half and pulled in the giants game.

1-2 ROMO this year, solid numbers but doing nothing that Bledsoe couldn't

Munchis....Out!!

Wow. I can't believe anyone is still defending the human tackling dummy.
If you can't see the difference between Romo and Bledsoe...

There have been about 10 plays or more over the last 2 games which I've said, 'there is no way Bledsoe makes that play'. There have been so many 3rd and long plays which Tony has converted due to his ability to move in the pocket.

You are kidding yourself if you think that this team isn't better with Romo. This team isn't even in this game today if Bledsoe plays.

Nothing short of spectacular, if you ask me. He's out there commanding the team, executing on third-and-longs and is making play after play. What has surprised me is that we haven't held in the reigns at any time.

Couldn't have asked for more.

you mean like moving in the pocket?

romo's only had 2 starts, you can't give him the giants loss just cause you feel like it.

he's also throwing to more than just glenn.

face it - bledsoe's career is over. at least as a cowboy.

:lmao: :laugh1:

This team wins by at least 14 points today if Bledsoe would have started.....skins came to play, but their defense was still lackluster overall.

Romo can't throw deep like Bledsoe can, and today he would have been able to exploit it. Drew can pass and RUN for the TD like he already proved this year. (Giants game anyone?). But yet he was benched....

I will predict right now that at some point Bledsoe will be back in the lineup this season. Either by injury or poor play, Romo isn't a savior and the oline is still suspect...

I could see Drew coming back and leading us to a hot streak down the stretch like pittsburgh did last season, or like in 2004 when he won 6 straight in buffalo to keep thier postseason hopes alive.

and drew is definately not the future of this team and not even a good short term answer.

so the world moves on.

Bledsoe is the heart and sould of this offense, last year we had chemistry and were able to come from behind with a veteran. Romo is not even close to being a leader, let alone an established starting QB. We are once again a team with no identity.

He's a proven veteran with the numbers to back it up, so I would tend to think otherwise.

Where do you come up with some of this stuff?

Romo can't throw deep like Bledsoe can, and today he would have been able to exploit it. Drew can pass and RUN for the TD like he already proved this year. (Giants game anyone?). But yet he was benched....

Lol. Okay. So you think Bledsoe makes a better throw on the over the shoulder pass to Crayton down the sideline or to TO that should've gone for 6? Huh?

Who cares. You get about 2 deep passes a game, I'd rather have the QB that can throw the short pass better, and that is Romo.

and last year in this hype and glory you're changing to suite your won needs, bledsoe went 9-7 and missed the playoffs.

we were headed there again and knew it. you can't speculate bledsoe would do well and romo would do poorly and think you're right just because you wanna be.

bledsoe has 14 years to review and know what he's gonna do.

romo has 2 games and deserves the rest of the season.

bledsoe give us an identity?

ha - i'm out.

I'm just bringing facts to the table, not blind homerism.

2 starts by Romo mean nothing to me...talk to me after he's been in the league 14 years like Bledsoe.

If Bledsoe is the heart and soul of this offense, then this team is and was in huge trouble. Bledsoe hasn't been stellar since about Week 5 of last year.

I'm assuming your posts are in jest. But if not, wow. Just wow.

So is Johnny Unitas.
Bledsoe has about the same chance of leading the Cowboys to victory as (RIP)Johnny U.
