Have you ever met the man? Ever sat down with him? Had tea perhaps? You know him only through the media. Only through what the media has told you to believe. That TO was the bad guy and Donovan Mcnabb was the good guy out in Philly. The more I think about the situation in Philly the more I side with TO on the entire thing. Yeah, he was a jerk. He shouldn't have been doing situps in his front lawn for his press conference. But he did what the team asked him to - he did apologise to the Eagles and they still suspended him for the rest of the season. TO did some stuff wrong in Philly but the Eagles are partly to blame. Then he gest to Dallas where he is already pronounced the destroyer of the Cowboys even before he steps on the field. He gets hurt in training camp, just like Steve Smith and Heinz Ward, and people have the nerve to accuse him of faking to get out of practice. Then he accidenlty overdoses or has an allergic reaction and maybe attempts suicide ad I actually heard people say that he did this for the attention. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They accuse him of lying about his apparent suicide attempt.

TO is a good guy. I am now on the record for this. If he does tear this team apart then so be it. But I'm behind TO now. You know the words that really stick out to me from his press conference? I don't really remember any other specific words besides these:

"I apologise to the orginazation and to my teammates for any distraction that I may have caused."

Does that sound like a selfish player? Does that sound like a team wrecker?

There's always something with me too. Every week something goes wrong. But nobody cares in my case. So I just go on, whether I feel like I'm doomed or everything is fantastic. I don't expect TO to be the happiest, friendliest, easiest to get along with guy to ever live. I expect him to keep his mouth shut regarding "team issues" (ie whether his QB is gay) and to show up ready to play on Sunday.
