“Do you know what it’s like to finally be in a locker room where guys talk about winning a championship? I prayed for a chance to be on a team like this, where guys are talking about football, day in and day out,” said Anderson, whose Ravens take on the Steelers in the AFC championship game in Pittsburgh on Sunday. “They talk about winning a championship.”

Pretty stark contrast to the article posted on here a couple of days ago about the atmosphere in the Cowboys locker room, and I have a feeling he isn't just talking about the last two weeks.

People dismissed the previous story about how juvenile our locker room seemed, saying it happens everywhere, but there may be some truth to it.

For how much people dislike Ray for his talking and say his "rah rah" doesn't mean anything, seems like there are a lot of guys in there that respect him too.

Can I please have Ray Lewis next year? If not him, someone just like him, who is all about the business of winning.

they have a culture of winning

don't know what the hell our culture is, only that it's been bred and fostered by Jerry Jones, and it's not working

It starts at the top. Always.

There is a reason why Ozzie Newsome is so highly regarded. He knows talent and he fosters this environment.

Ravens have a culture of winning? Aside from their Superbowl year (and possibly this season), they have a culture of sucking out loud and being Pittsburgh's *****es.

I'll take their last 10 years over our last 10 years. Thanks.

Music to my ears Hos. His skills might have diminished but his fire, desire to win, to make others around him perform better have not.

It's very simple: their GM is studious and sharp while our GM gets kicked in the groin in pizza commercials.

I think the Ravens would be foolish to let him go. Even if they have to overpay him, they should let him retire a Raven. There are worse things.

We definitely have no room to talk, but they've lost their last two home playoff games and waited 7 years to win a playoff game.

You obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

Since 1996 (same year as our last playoff win): 107-100-1; five playoff appearances; 7 victories, 1 world championship

Dallas' record over that time period: 105-103-0; six playoff appearances; 1 victory

Do you have any other irrelevant points to make?

Ray Lewis can't fix this team. Gotta start getting rid of some guys and I think it starts with ....n/m I already went down that road :) And I'm not talking about Owens either..I want him to stay :)

Bring in Johnnie Lee Higgins!!
