Ex-Patriots All-Pro Hints Bill Belichick Joining an Unexpected Super Bowl Contender in 2024

I would take a chance on him being burned out to sideline those two bums
Welcome to the Cowboys World Barney Fife.
Burned out is a cop out. He's not good and I stand on that. I don't need qualifiers. His pinnacle from here on out is a wild card victory. Same as he was before Brady. Understand?

i do not believe Belichick is the answer to push a team over the edge and win a Super Bowl, regardless of what team he's going to. Ok maybe if he went to the 49ers or Ravens but those jobs aren't available.

So you blame very bad team on the QB?
Is that what you are saying?

Just amazing to me that someone that claims they know football would be so incredibly stupid

Are yall really in here calling the greatest NFL head coach of all time trash?

Lol dallas cowboys fans ladies and gentlemen LMAO

Bill B - HC
MM - QB coach
DC - Quinn

we can dream right?

I'm saying you're in here giving every excuse in the world for a supposed great coach and it's hilarious. His teams aren't even competitive so he has to run to a team with an already great qb to save face (still won't work)

Our next hc needs to continue the streak of hiring wimpy, soft, non-A type personality coaches . Winning is not near as important as making sure the fuhrer is comfortable in his twilight years, right?

During an appearance on FS1’s “The Herd,” former Patriots player Julian Edelman dismissed the idea of Belichick joining the Carolina Panthers but instead suggested that he should consider coaching the Dallas Cowboys. Edelman emphasized the Cowboys’ top-tier offensive line and talented roster, suggesting that Belichick’s presence could bring fundamental soundness to the team and improve their performance, especially Considering some of the issues with penalties and clock management that current Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy has faced.

Only thing I would say is Belichick would switch to 3-4 and get the most out of Micha. Brass May believe that the offense is close enough and Dak is mature to continue with the offense.

Give a lot of credit for Dak and Ceedee to McCarthy. The targets and how McCarthy creates a plan to get him 15-20 targets is unlike anything we have seen in decades. Different from the take what they give you in the passing game.

When will Cowboys fans realize every coach, free agent, players requesting trades and more always link to the Cowboys.

If you want clicks, link any and everything to the Cowboys. Our fans and fans that love to hate the Cowboys, can't help but fall for it.

He has coached 41 games with Dallas, there have been questionable time management issues (and each is arguable) in about 4 games and I think we won 3 of those. Would we really change coaches for that?

Here you have it folks
without a doubt the best example of how statistics can lie through their teeth when someone uses them to say Ginger was better that BB
I didn’t say Garrett was better than Belichick. But the NFL is littered with coaches who were great only with the right QB. Here is a sample list of coaches who never won championships without the one QB that helped them be great:

Paul Brown / Otto Graham
Vince Lombardi / Bart Starr
Tom Landry / Roger Staubach
Don Shula / Bob Griese
Chuck Noll / Terry Bradshaw
Bill Walsh / Joe Montana
Jimmy Johnson / Troy Aikman
Tom Coughlin / Eli Manning
Bill Belichick / Tom Brady

Belichick and Brady were the best ever combination. But the time for both of them is over. Bill isn’t catching lightning in a bottle again. And even if he did, he’s too old to take advantage of it. Any team hiring Belichick at this point would be making a mistake.

yikes! Staubach is my all time favorite player but Landry won regularly before and after Staubach. Its not always about just SB wins.

Mccarthy is a better coach than belicheck. So if he's coach doofus Bill must be coach clueless. And there is no patriot way. Your problem is you're still under the spell. It left with Brady. You still think it was a 50/50 thing
McCarthy is better than Belichick...lol. OK, you've completely swallowed the kool-aid...
