I know it's kind of a bit with the fan base, but I seriously think that he looks slower.
No there's no comparison. I'm not going to compare a 34 year old to a 23 year old.You mean when JG was coordinator, Hudson Houck was OL coach, our OL was garbage and our main offense was no-huddle.. and teams were playing deep Cover 2 and hardly 8 or 9 in the box regularly..
Romo did it just fine in 2014..
Just stop comparing the two..

Blocking has killed him. Not the same team. Runners are as great as their OL. Ask Emmitt.Though 4 games Ezekiel Elliott averaging 3.6 yards per carry and is on pace 1108 yards rushing for the season.
I'll be honest, to my untrained eye he doesn't look any bigger despite repeated threads here on CZ that he has gotten fat.
What do you attribute his mediocre performance to this season? The court case? Lack of conditioning? Lack of cohesive offensive line play?

My point is this team has always had problems making teams pay for blitzing. Never have.
How was that allowed to happen? How could management miscalculate Leary's significance, and not spend resources to replace him?The offensive line has been a problem for both Dak and Zeke.
But why? Is he hurt? Guy is only 22(?), he should have at least 5-8 years before he's losing a step. It's VERY obvious in person that he's slower. On NFL.com they mentioned last week that according to next gen stats his top speed this season had been 17.83 mph. He topped 19 mph multiple times last year. That's pretty much the definition of a step slower.

Spoiled and out of shape. He needed discipline from the FO..But got sympathy and excuses. Another Bryant in the making. He needs a good hard kick up his lazy backside. This ain't College ball. But why? Is he hurt? Guy is only 22(?), he should have at least 5-8 years before he's losing a step. It's VERY obvious in person that he's slower.
Leary and Free leaving was devastating for this oline, they were monsters in the run game. Chaz totally sucks and Collins is a pass blocker, not really a run blocker.
Seriously? Last season or this season?Try 21.5 mph
Try 21.5 mph
Well..he is out of shape at the very least. On that little pass to the left on 3rd down...last year he would have scored on that.Today was a typical Zeke performance. No matter what people say.
Yes it was. But Jones and the idiot Garrett only see sizzle.Leary and Free leaving was devastating for this oline, they were monsters in the run game. Chaz totally sucks and Collins is a pass blocker, not really a run blocker.
Honestly, I hate to say this because the guy is so talented, but I wouldn't be sad if he just disappeared.Spoiled and out of shape. He needed discipline from the FO..But got sympathy and excuses. Another Bryant in the making. He needs a good hard kick up his lazy backside. This ain't College ball.
That was last seasonSeriously? Last season or this season?
and this season is 19? Holy ****.That was last season
