Often injured and not a big deal. As you can see many NFC teams are going the route of the Cowboys. Taking cheap flyers on players with hopes they can get big value for what they spend.

And the Bears have way more holes then the Cowboys to get back to contention.

No reports yet on Kazee and Hooker. Initially it stated that they were both coming in today. But other reports state they were coming in either yesterday or today. A little confusing, but you would think if they indeed came in yesterday someone would have seen and posted something.

My guess is that they are both at the Star today since nothing was reported yesterday.

I've always read they were flying in Tuesday night but would be at the star on Wednesday....

I'm curious to....because yeah while he did tail off as the season went on.....but for as much time as he was off...I think you have to like what you saw from him even in a reserved role.

There has to be more there.

Maybe Quinn didn't want him. If there is nothing to the suggestions that there are other reasons he has been let go then this one could come back to haunt the Cowboys. If it's purely for football reasons he showed what he could do early on in the season. He needed a full off season to get his fitness right.

And you know what's insane is that if I'm to believe reports they were offered trades for Aldon Smith and turned them down...I don't think its a Jerry move that's for sure.

That's right, poor evaluation of playing staff again (unless there is another issue)

From a comp pick standpoint, we should be rooting for him to sign a big deal somewhere. I expect that ship never even prepared to leave port though. He likely has some new baggage that teams know about and it's not worth a risk unless it's an injury replacement mid season or at least after the summer comp pick cut off date.

My guess he's in a California rehab like Randy was a couple years back.

The Cowboys have way more holes than the Bears. The entire defense outside of DLaw is terrible.

The Bears just made the playoffs with Mitch Trubisky. Unfortunately for them, their biggest hole is at the most important position in pro sports.

the PR guy for Dallas is likely keeping it a bit of a mystery and throwin up smokescreens to media members. For all we know they met with them Tuesday.

Fish said they came in Tuesday, presumably wined and dined them then physicals and workouts today.
