Farmer released

Did Harris ever fumble? OH YES

Did Harris also fumble in his very first pro game?

Did he then follow up that one with another in the next practice?

Did he do any of these things before proving himself in any way at the NFL level?

If any of these are true, you may have a point. If not, I don't think you do.

Im really disappointed with all these "stud" undrafted WRs...

Seems like not even one will be a gem.. but then again they went undrafted or a reason too

I say if you can get one of these every four or five years as we have been doing, that's really good. You're not going to hit the jackpot every year.

Dez, Beas, TWill, Street, Lucky... Hard to crack that gameday lineup barring injury

Lucky will be fortunate if he makes the roster. I would not be surprised if the Cowboys bring in veteran returners at some point in the next two weeks, especially if Lucky continues to be careless with the football in practice and games.

It happens. Heck, 37 guys you bring in are not going to make the final roster. I have no problem rolling the dice with a former top recruit who has always been injured hoping you catch lightning in a bottle. I thought the best case with Farmer with his lack of playing time was practice squad anyway. No way a guy with so little experience was going to win and earn trust as one of the top 5 receivers. He was going to be a long term prospect in the best case. I guess they decided he wasn't worth the time and they had better options already on the team.

Totally agreed.

That 5th WR position has to be a return guy !!!

Got a feeling it will end up being Beasley and Dunbar.

I love Whiteheads speed but he just looks like a mistake waiting to happen.

When he has it ingrained in him to protect the football then we can get him out there but it seems like if we have a weakness anywhere it always seems to pop up.

I can just see our defense get a big stop against NYG on Sunday Night and Whitehead fumbles the punt to get Romo the ball back.

I don't see Beasley doing KR, maybe PR.

I think Lucky gets better with the ball after that snafu. It was a good strip. Sometimes good players make good plays. Knowing his job is on the line he'll squeeze it tighter next time. His speed and return moves are NFL quality.

He did look good, and anyone can make a mistake. You might have our 5th receiver and return guy. Lucky really brings it when he plays. Maybe he gets LUCKY !!! :)

I think there is only 1 spot open, I expect to see Dez, Williams, Beasley, Street to make the team with the rest competing for the last spot. I would think 1 maybe 2 will make the PS

Actually he did fumble in one of his first REAL games. Not in preseason. Yes, he did fumble in practice.
