I remember reading Dunbar ran a 4.45 at his pro-day, not really super fast. Also remember Murray ran a 4.40 at the combine and he is definitely not that fast.

Dez' range was 4.52 but yeah, no doubt he runs better than most in pads.

Never understood why the NFL has guy run in track shoes and tights EXCLUSIVELY. I would also have them run with a weighted vest. In particular, a vest that weighs about what NFL gear would weigh. Then you can determine who really "carries his pads well"
