Reminds me of a kid in my hometown. He got in a fight on the school bus with one of the biggest kids on our bus and pretty much got his rear end whooped.

When they told his Dad all he said was, "Did you learn anything?"

Good old fashioned... :D
If this kid were my kid, I would have asked him the same thing. And I wouldn't be suing the other guy's parents, I'd make mine go and apologize for crapping on him in the first place.

Imagine the lesson in that??

It's the animal instinct in some. The wolf mentality comes to the surface when the prey is hurt or shows fear.

Good for the kid to slam that little fart. You can BANK he isn't getting picked on anymore, at least by the little stick.

Is this what society has come to?

Who do you think was at fault, and what should've happened?

Their both at fault. Probably the smaller kid more so then the big kid, either way to condone this type of stuff is sickening. The kid could have died. Why do you ask?

Also, don't forget the smaller kid was 4 years younger then the bigger kid.

I asked because you facepalmed something that makes perfect sense to me. If you try to bully people, you should get your butt kicked. And what was the kid being bullied supposed to do, just take more punches? Run away?

This kind of thing used to go on all the time and nobody had a problem with it. Like VTA said, if anything, the little kid's parents should make him apologize to the big one.

Then don't start a fight, schools have anti bulling rules but fail to do anything about it at all; I went threw this with my son principal offices, teachers conferences it is all worthless. Nothing happens ever so I told my son if it gets bad I don;t care you defend yourself and then we will go after the school for falling to act on their so called bulling code.

The kid got what he freakin deserved and I don't care what you think about me for saying that. Hell if I saw a video of my son doing what the little dumbXXXX did he get another arse kicking when he got home from me.

You think it's acceptable for a kid to do that to another kid? Like I said he could have died. His head could have left a dent in that concrete. What would have you said then? Would it still be acceptable? That makes sense to you? Woah...Not to mention the fact that they are KIDS. 16 and 12. Thats sick.

What was he supposed to do? Are you kidding? You TELL an elder. A teacher, parent, guardian. You don't resort to violence. Thats how I was raised, don't know about you.

You don't resort to self-defense when being assaulted? Wow. :lmao2: :lmao:

That's one of the dumbest things I've read on hear in a long time, and that doesn't exclude the Lockout related posts.

I was raised not to put my hands on other people unless it is in self defense. I believe that is exactly what the kid being picked on did. The newspapers are saying he has endured this almost daily for years. He took more than one punch without retaliating despite being outnumbered. Do you hear the kid holding the video camera egging the 12 year old on? They are videotaping this attack. They are enjoying it. They want to play it back and be amused by it.

Many times in my life I've given someone a chance to walk away and they didn't take it. Lay a hand on me again and don't complain about what happens. The punk that got slammed has no room to complain in my book. No room at all.

You mess with the bull you get the horns. He got the horns. He asked for it.

That is the way I was raised.

Indeed.

I remember getting in a fight with a bigger kid one time, came home with a scrape and a little bruise. Ihad to be around 2nd grade, other kid was probably in fifth.

Anyway, First thing Mom says "Did you get in a fight", I say reluctantly "yeah".
"Well why do you have these bruises?", "Mom, he was like twice my size"
"So, did you win or lose, and did you start it?", I won, he started it".
"So why the bruises?", I already told you he was big"
"Next time hit his *** with a brick then, makes the fight shorter".
EDIT forgot the best part: "Wait until your Father gets home". Sometime growing up military is not good.

On a personal note: I hate to fight. I boxed and have taken multiple martial arts over the years. It is a last resort, because once I get to that level I explode and get pretty relentless. Then feel bad about it later usually.

If the kid would've died it would've been extremely terrible but he would have put himself in that situation.

You have to face consequences in life for your actions sometimes and this kid got exactly what he deserved.

12 year olds are pretty dumb. He could have definitely died.

Wouldnt a right cross suffice?

Sometimes its easy to be a spectator and not ealize how much tormenting a kid like that one could go through. I am very proud of that boy; it was evident he had enough of that punk and just couldn't take it anymore. That body slam was just awesome, and the fact that he walked away and didn't destroy him was even better.

I used to get bullied and wish I atleast tried to do what that kid did in this clip

Mostly agree. And the fact that little turd was bullying him makes it pretty clear he had a hang backing him up and that wasnt the worst that kid has had it that day probably

I just would rather any other method of retaliation.

I understand the kid getting picked on is also in danger mentally if he let it go on his whole life. But that was a scary slam and had a 50/50 chance of skull fracture or worse
