No but I have been avoiding all Farve stories as much as possible. :laugh2:

Favre has threatened to return to the Pack as the back up:
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3490792
so lets assume he does this and starts the season as the back up....can you imagine the Favre history packer fans would be going through the instant Rodgers shows any signs of cracking?!!
If Favre wants to play for the packers this is his best bet...go in as back up, wait till the first Rodger's interception and then just let the fans go crazy!
YoMick;2145692 said:Didnt Brett talk about doing a Tanya Harding on Rodgers already?:clubbed:
:bastid:
FloridaRob;2145711 said:with Rodgers injury History, Brett won't have to do anything. If he waits until the 1st preseason game, Rodgers will be probably be on IR and everything will be fine.
YoMick;2145738 said:That might be your best post EVER.
FloridaRob;2145917 said:Yea, and If I ever post that Favre is a worn out ol fool that could not hold Quincy Carters jock they may make me the only non Cowboy fan moderator around here. But then again maybe not, I would be accused of plagerizing your posts...
YoMick;2145927 said:Absolutely not. If you said that about Favre and Quincy you would be nuts. I could not agree with such lunacy.
on a Brett sidenote:
I always wondered why they were trying to rush his retiring of his number... what was it scheduled for? the first game of the year?
FloridaRob;2145946 said:retirement ceremony scheduled for 1st Monday night game against Vikings. I would say there is a good chance that aint happening even if he stays retired. FAvre may wait until Ted Thompson is not GM of the Packers which will be a lonnnnnggggg time.
I don't think there was any conspiracy to doing it early. They gave Brett the choice of dates and Brett picked teh first game. I doubt anybody wanted to wait until November when it is 25 degrees outside.
