Favre's comments about expecting to come back and be the starter, not being allowed to leave etc....are making him sound very, very selfish. I seriously doubt anybody will call Favre out for this though, if it was T.O., Moss, Chad Johnson or someone like that they would be the most selfish players in the game.

getting ready for the 2nd interview at 10: on Fox. I think he blast TT for not getting Moss, Not resigning Wahle and Riverar(I bet you guys wish that too) and trying to get TT to interview Mooch for head coach. Kind of throw MM under the bus on that as well as TT. Come on Brett, TTs decisions got the team to the NFCCG, he can't be all bad.

Actually... the Rivera situation was unfortunate for us and him. He really wanted to be a Cowboys AND he really wanted to help the Cowboys win. His mind was in it but his body would do it anymore.

My father and Marco's father knew each other back in the day... back when Marco was little...lol

I think Farve should stick it to the Packers when he released.. By signing with the Boys to back up Romo.. Romo would have his hero with him.. Jerry would corner the market on media attention and if Romo goes down, noodle armed Johnson would be far away...

Absolutely NOT.

We already got Ringling Bros...... we dont need Barnum and Bailey too.

Favre will work the media to get what he wants.
Actually the media will be MORE THAN HAPPY to help him.

No one in the media has the balls to call him on his "diva"

Farve is a doosh. I feel sorry for you if you still buy his country bumpkin routine.

my wife has not been keeping up with what is going on in this mess. She is a Packer fan only by association wtih me. She could not tell you one other player on the team but cheers for the Packers out of respect for me. She watched his interview with Greta last night. A few minutes later I walked in the room and she said, "you know, when he talks, I just believe everything he says. They must have a terrible general manager in TEd Thompson." After I enlightened her on what has really gone on the past few months, the backed off of believing FAvre. But the point is, the casual football fan listen to FAvre talk and take what he has to say as completely honest when he has done the exact same thing he has accussed TT of doing.

He accussed TT of being dishonest to teh media about Randy Moss. While FAvre himself was dishonest to the media about Randy Moss. Favres explanation is that he was taking the high road. Well, maybe Teds explanation for being dishonest in the scenario was that he did not want the media to know that he doesn't listen to FAvre when it comes to managing the Packers. Favre talks about half truths> What exactly was truthful about the "It's only rumors" comment a couple of weeks ago when this stuff started brewing. I would say that is not completely honest. They werent rumors. They were facts as supported by himself in the interview.

FAvre was mad about Rivera and Wahle not being signed. Ted took heat for not signing at least one of those guys but he is not going to be swayed by the QB. And FAvre should not get mad about it. I don't think TT needs FAvre to tell him how to do his job no more than Favre needs TT to tell him how to play QB.

I don't think this has passed the point of no return tho. It is not as bad as the TO-Andy Reid war, or the Chad Johnson-Cincy Bengals war. I think within the next week, there will be a love fest between all parties, Favre and TT will kiss and make up, and FAvre will start this season. They will give Aaron a big contract extension prior to the season to keep him happy. And next year we get to do this all again....
