julius problem was a lack of vision, last I knew he never hurt his eyes.

Julius was a monster his first season, until he broke his shoulder. He looked great on Thanksgiving, he single handedly slaughtered Seattle. I expected a lot from him, but he turned to butter in year 3. I'm pretty sure he went the whole season, but it didn't amount to much. He was clearly different after year 2.

I feel pretty confident that both Barber and Choice will play this weekend and lets say, for some reason, Barber can't go i have complete faith in Choice to carry the load and do it very well.

I would rest and get Jones healed as completely as possible for the Dec run. We'll really need to rely on the RUN in Dec and playoffs (hopefully).

The other aspect that worries me is MBIII is, evidently, a much better blocker in regards to picking up a blitz than Choice. They mentioned it a couple times the other night.

great time for KC and the bye ey?

I'm very much OK with him sitting out Denver and KC and coming back strong after the bye to take on Atlanta and the rest of the very tough November/December/January stretch :)

I thought they were referencing MB3's blocking ability to Felix's. I could be wrong, though. I'll have to go back and watch the game.

But I do think that Baraber has an advantage over the other two in that area.

Mickey just said on Talkin Cowboys that Felix hurt the knee in the first quarter of the game on like an 18 yard run. He said it started swelling at half time. If that is the case, that's pretty amazing he had the injury and broke off that 40 yard run in the 3rd quarter.

That is pretty amazing. It also makes me wonder if he will indeed be out this Sunday. I read the one article where Felix stated that he wasn't sure if he would play or not but I just took that as bravado.

Yea, I know....but I can hope ;)

no he wasn't, same player different production numbers.

I called julius limited from this rookie season on, the league caught up to him.

He also beefed up which reduced his speed and eliminated his explosiveness and cutting ability. He tried to become a power runner and thus eliminated his instincts. I think he is slowly finding it in Seattle, but he's still not the same.

Posterior...or is that Patella?

Not sure what you're asking but the X-shaped ligaments in the knee are called the cruciate ligaments which are obviously located in the knee.

That's sort of a contradiction. His production went down because he changed his style; the league catches up with plans and play designs, not talent. You either have it or you don't, or decide to change how you do things and no longer have the same results.

800+ yards through 8 games isn't something to sneeze at.

He was injury prone and he fumbled a bit. I'll bet that put the fear of God into him enough to make him change.

After year 3, he looked like he didn't even try to make the play. He just ran into the line and went down.

Either way, being injury prone might prompt Felix to try and change too.
