Well, Sunday’s training camp practice got interesting, to say the least. A scuffle between Dez Bryant and Tyler Patmon made headlines and ended in a handshake. Watch Video

Everybody was Kung-Foo fighting...
...Those kicks were fast as lightning.
In fact it was a little bit frightening...
...But they fought with expert timing.

This is no big deal? This is only the beginning! I would take a hundred receivers over this dude. Why? Because I wouldn't have to worry about this(or any) BS w/ them!! Aint nothing calculating about this. Just his out of contol rage on full display.

Correct me if I'm wrong... but didn't Patmon throw the first punch there?

Also, I love how Anthony Hitchens (I believe, he's 59 right?) came in there and broke it up pretty quick.

To me it looked like your typical practice fight, somebody got a little too grabby, then somebody got too heated and there were a lot of words and wild punches, no big deal. I do like how Patmon wasn't afraid of Bryant there, it's good that he's wiling to scuffle with somebody of Dez's caliber, a lot of fire in him, lets just take it out on an opposing team next time.

Patmon throwing a punch while jumping away was hilarious. I know body language when it comes to fights, and unlike Wilcox Patmon wanted no parts of Dez.

That's all it was man. Gives us something to talk about and for the media to make a big deal out of, when it really is not. Now, it becomes a big deal if this an every day thing or several times throughout the week. But two or three 10-15 second scuffles throughout a training camp is normal.

Leave it to Jason Witten to succinctly address the media....

"You guys are acting like a bunch of kids at a circus trying to get him," tight end Jason Witten said. "I mean, it’s football. It’s going to happen in training camp. Guys compete. Guys go at it. It’s part of it."

Well put by Witten. The bigger story here is Patmon's performance and confidence as a player seems to have grown significantly since this time last year, based on TC reports.

Somehow, I don't think the motto Finish The Fight meant against your own teammate.

All kidding aside, this is no big deal, though it's interesting that it happened so early in camp. Typically, this sort of thing happens after two weeks or so of only lining up against the same guys every day.

Love it ........ all this means is practice means something to these guys ....... Jason was probably smiling from ear to ear ....... this is why they made sure Dez was in camp.

I like this Patmon kid. I think he can develop into a Scandrick type player. Anyone remember his pick six vs AZ? He has decent insticts.
