Fight at camp: Dez and Tyler Patmon

I love it, tells me the camp has a lot of intensity to it. Fights during camp are no big deal and is to be expected when guys are out there competing.

Marinelli actually compared him to Ronde Barber after the rookie minicamps when he was just a camp invite. Not even signed at that point.

I agree, camp is when guys challenge each other physically and mentally. Seeing neither guy backing down, is what I want to see because come regular season you can't wimp out or back down vs an opponent. Fact Dez said afterwards that Patmon earned his respect should mean a lot to Patmon.

I know what is sad is the media will spin this as Dez being a bully or having a temper or whatever, but anyone who has played the sport knows you are going to get heated and at time in fights with your brothers. It will only bring them closer as team mates and it speaks to the way the coaches are teaching the DBs to be aggressive whether it's a top 3 WR or whomever it is they line up against.
