I'm hesitant to give a letter grade, because it's like grading a student without seeing the results of their work. none of these guys have stepped on the field, and a lot of us are going by what we read in draft magazines and what we get on the Net. I will defer to a few guys here who did an incredible amount of research and helped us be as informed as we can be. To you, Cowboyjoe, in particular, I tip my hat.
I'm hoping, at he very least, that this draft will improve our special teams play, because it has been one of the downfalls of this team over the last few years. I also hope we get a couple of good young CB's, because you must have some depth at that position. Maybe Mickens goes on IR for a year to get healthy. Brewster looks like a plain-brown envelope guy at Guard, which is what Guards generally are. If he plays at Guard (or Tackle for that matter) I'm hoping that he makes us forget Duke Robinson.
If we get a speedy LB who can contribute to the pass rush, then we can feel good.
Bottom line: if the team is better this coming season than last year, then the draft may have had something to do with it.
