This is an important game and we need him out there if he can play. There’s still an outside chance for a home playoff game. If we continue this losing streak we’re almost assured of a one and done. A home loss will point to the wheels coming off. No chance of going anywhere in the playoffs if you fall apart in December.

I haven’t backed off of anything I said yesterday. Everyone keeps pointing out that we could still get a home playoff game, which is true but I’m saying we won’t. Every break that’s come our way with Philly and SF losing we screw it up. It wouldn’t surprise me if the Cowboys beat Detroit and lose to Washington. I’m sure you can’t wait to twist that comment.

It's inconceivable that Vaughn would be an every down back. Dak would be killed, especially behind the current OL. The RB has to be able to block, and that means either Luepke or Davis.

I would love to see how Luepke could handle the role of a 3-down player, but my guess is they figure out a way to get Davis up. How?
