Yes, the play was designed for a toss up to Noah Brown or Michael Gallup. Gallup is a shell of himself still recovering for surgery so Noah Brown on a hope and prayer was the best we had on 3rd down with the game on the line.

The analytics say run the ball and make your opponent use their last time out, only a complete idiot just tosses the ball deep and hopes for the best. Even my 5 yr old daughter playing Madden doesnt do chit like that.
