I don't think he gets canned during the season.

Also, if Big Mike lasts until week 18, he wouldn't be "let go" or "fired" by the Cowboys. His contract would expire without a renewal. Just like Garrett.

If the Cowboys suffer their 6th straight home blowout loss vs Houston Texans on Monday Night Football, does Big Mike get fired?

The next team up is Dan Quinn's Commanders ( yes Commanders ) and you know Dallas is losing this game @ Washington on a short week
Nah jerry will be to busy counting money from the tyson fight to care.

First off we will lose by 30

Secondly big Mike won’t because what’s the difference between him and an interim?
So why did I bring this up? Jerry is a saleman. He sells FOOLS GOLD to Cowboys fans and the media. The Cowboys are not a factor on the field...again. So why would fire Big Mike mid-season, after a another blow out home loss?
Answer : You put Jerry's Cowboys as the lead story once again.

One way or another, Jerry wants his team relevant. Firing Big Mike, would put Jerry's toy to the top of the list being talked about.
Then Jerry can drag the process out of next coach. Keeping "his toy" being talked about

Marketing Team makes money

Why blame the jockey because the horse is slow?

Jerry handed McCarthy a lame horse and told him to run the race anyway.

A couple of weeks ago I thought Washington would win big over the Cowboys but after last night, I am not so sure.
Some did suspect Jerry knew all of this going into the season. He's working his plan perfectly?

Correction- We don't play the Commandos on a short week. We play the G-Men on a short week. Not that it matters but I like our chances vs. the New Yorkers on Turkey Day.

McCarthy desperately wants to be fired so he can get out of this perversion of a franchise.

Jerry won't do him that favor.

This team is such a mess that a HC change in the middle of the season is not going to help. Just ride it out and blow it all up in the offseason. Whoever comes in here is going to inherit a QB who is on the wrong side of 30 and coming off of a major injury. It’s not an ideal situation for any of the future HC candidates.

The more pressure Jerry gets to fire him, the less likely he is to do it.
The more the heat is turned up the more Jerry will resist it, unless it’s an NFL historical Blowout and the players quit it’s not happening. It’s what the embarrassment level is to Jerry, don’t think other coaches will rub MM nose in it so he’s not going anywhere
