And I gave him a chance and he sucked. What’s your point slick? This is what he said

All you need is a simple analogy…I'd guess polarization. There is a pretty large contingent who believe the players don't matter and that it's all on coaching. Really silly stuff.
Delusions. Please have your prescriptions adjusted accordingly.Offenses will have to work hard to move the ball , and our defense will have them guessing.
Well if you think about it, when was the last time Jerry hired a good coach of any kind?Fifteen of the last twenty-six Super bowls have been won by retreads like Bill Belichick, Andy Reid, Mike Shanahan, Dick Vermeil and Pete Carrol.
Youth doesn't automatically imply innovative success nor does age automatically exclude it.
As far as the current Cowboys defensive staff is concerned, we will let the results decide.
I'm not saying they won't be everything described, I am just tired of the annual offseason hype heaped upon us by the Cowboys propaganda department.
I will get stronger prescriptions !Delusions. Please have your prescriptions adjusted accordingly.
Some of us see this, some dont.If Dallas gets good play at offensive tackle , they should be able to run the ball at a league leading level this coming season. And the defense should be much better, these coaches have a pulse, I don't think Eberflus had much of anything innovative up his sleeve at all when it came to coaching defense . I look for this team to improve across the board .
That's itThe Cowboys still had a negative rush EPA and their success rate only improved 4%.
Schemes are nice but they don't matter much if you don't have the talent to execute. Quinn's defenses were excellent when everyone was healthy and his defensive playbook was basically on an index card. At the end of the day, especially on defense, you have to have players who can defeat blockers and cover.
LolYour head is in the way.
Nicely done. All you need is a simple analogy…
You could be a great office manager, but if your company hired a bunch of dumb slackers as your subordinates then your department isn’t going to be productive.
You might get a bit more out of them than a not-so-great manager would, but it would pale in comparison to competent, quality hires.
How do you define a "good" coach?Well if you think about it, when was the last time Jerry hired a good coach of any kind?
