Wow, great story. Eerie.
Yes, my wife was very spiritual and in tune with things beyond my scope.

Our youngest son had spinal meningitis when he was 1 year old and when we got him to Children's Hospital, after being transferred from ER, we were told by the attending specialists that he was 50/50 through the night. Needless to say, I was terrified and as I walked back to his ICU room from telling my parents, my wife was standing at the foot of his bed and looking up above the head of it with a smile on her face. She turned to me and said "take Josh home, I will stay here. He's going to be fine". Strange as it sounds, I immediately relaxed and took him home.

The next morning at 6am, she called and said the fever had broken around 3 and he was over the critical phase. When I composed myself, I asked her "what were you looking at last night above the bed"? She replied "an angel". When that registered, I asked how she knew the angel wasn't there to take him and she said "because she told me so, she's the one that told me they were taking Daddy". Her Dad died of a 2nd heart attack, at 53, in the hospital and she might have been there if not for a cop stopping her for speeding. She was really emotional and cop escorted her to the hospital and he was there when I arrived. He looked at me with a strange look on his face and said when he pulled her over she was crying and saying "my Daddy is dying" and he said "how could she know, he passed away on our way here, And she knew it".

It gets a little stranger. At the service, I saw the cop standing over to the side. I walked over to thank him for coming and he just shook my hand and said "I felt I needed to be here". I invited him to come to the house and meet some of the family and he and my wife sat on a swing in the back yard and talked for about 15 minutes and he had his head lowered like he might be crying. Later that night I asked her what they talked about. She said "he lost his Mom 6 months ago and had been angry at God and doubting he even existed. He said he felt the need to come and talk with me. He doesn't think it was an accident that he was the one to pull me over that day".

Stories like this give me hope.

You forgot me! I was on dc.com, and am now here!!

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately I'm probably still missing more. It helps when transferring members throw their own parade, as CouchCoach says, but not everyone creates an introduction thread. Anyway, I updated the list with you on it.

Juggsy, you da man! But why did you have to list Don first?

Initially I was focusing on multiple accounts and multiple names, that's why Don and Furboy are at the top. Hopefully it doesn't go their heads. lol

Juggsy, I believe I saw WeaponX here or I am seeing things. Damned docs said the flashbacks would slow down after 50 years.

You could make a list that long with just 43Harris43's monikers. I think he had as many a 3 active monikers going at a time. Easy way to tell as those were the only ones agreeing with him.

Apparently it isn't the same WeaponX that was a moderator on DC.com for us:
Were you previously on the DC.com site with that same moniker?
No, I've never been on any forums/fan sites as a memebr

Glad I didn't make some obscure remark. WeaponX or Wolverine, before that, was a little too serious and didn't like playing with me. Goofy is as goofy does was and I tried several times as I love a challenge but he/she, I heard both, didn't want any of it. Probably moderating a cremation forum somewhere.

Some folks are just too serious...
