Maybe a different time but definitely a better product. I love the Cowboys but Jimmy's team in their prime would wipe the floor with them.
Was the product better then? Offenses are much better now than they were 30 years ago (granted, rules favoring passing probably helped more than anything).

Think good thoughts. I want all players going full out. More real game simulation (hopefully) equals better preparation. Injuries are always a part of the game but less or no significant injuries is not a bad thing either.
Agreed. Hope they are told not to tackle below the waist. Also, no horse collar tackling or hip drop tackling.

I love the 90s cowboys and it was one of the best teams of all time. That said if we had todays talent in non salary cap era and toss in the results of the trade of the century i think this team may be able to hold its own.
