Twitter: Fischer DC update

I thought Fish said we were double interested in Mike Pettine. Or was it the Pettine twins?

The Raiders are heavily interested in Gus Bradley. I think they already interviewed him. Don’t know if they hired him. I have read where some players (Jalen Ramsey) said that they ran the same defense in Jacksonville week after week. He did not change the scheme or anything. Just FYI

Quinn was a strong playcaller as a DC in Seattle. He was the DC when they won the Super Bowl. Im not sure of what role he had in Atlanta's defense

Out of that pile of poop i would rather have marvin lewis. I would love a young guru though.
The game has changed. Gotta have someone innovative. No more Nolans.
 
Lewis, I guess, out of those guys.

I really, really, really wish that they’d take a look at Jim Leonhard. He’s exactly what I’d want as a DC. He’d be Kellen Moore on the defensive side of the ball.

This.
The Cowboys are the most valuable sports franchise in the world. The Fighting Illini just had a final list of 3 for their DC opening that was more exciting than this. MM was a mistake. Nolan was a mistake. I have little confidence they will find a talented, proven DC.
