To quote Romo, "ohhhh, I don't know about that one, Jim." The only time Quinn's had success on defense is when he had 3 HOFers starting for him in Seattle, on what was probably the defense of the decade. His talent pool here is a lot closer to what he had in Atlanta.

Except he did call plays for part of his time and made himself HC and DC. So it wasn’t different jobs.
