I don't disagree with you, but under McClay they target elite athletes. Out of the top 3, Farley is the clear-cut best athlete out of the group. He may run in the 4.2 range. Virginia Tech isn't a small program, no it's not the SEC, but it isn't Tulsa, either

A draft pick isn't just for yr 1, but it's a 5yr investment.

Unless there is an Urlacher type MLB, no way none drafts an off the ball outside LB in the top 10. Same with DT unless it’s a generational stud.
