Marinelli loves him from what I've heard. He was extremely active he just needs to finish better. I also would not sleep on the Texas kid Whaley. There's a reason why Jerry was giddy about an undrafted guy they signed and would have to "redshirt" on IR.

I like him too.

Whaley does have some talent.


With that said DT was my #1 priority going into the offseason.. Especially after watching Rodgers stand in and step up into a clean pocket all game.

I honestly don't think so. I think that if you have Hardy, you can bring in Lawrence in spots and you have Mincey with Spencer (possibly), Boatright, Gardner and Crawford fighting it out to man the strong side DE spot.

We shouldn't be that desperate though. 10 million a year is excessive.

8-9/year is a bargain - if not for his incident he would be looking at around 12 million a year I think. Tons of cash. I doubt he signs past 3 years for that though.
