i can't believe Texas Ranger, Cordell Walker, will get the scoop on this before Schefter or any of the insiders. Then again it is Chuck Norris.

We gave him $300 million and couldn't keep Murray......how much is guaranteed?

I just hope they can make this happen, Hardy is exactly what this defense needs and then you can draft more DL help in April.

Just keep adding pieces to the DL, we need this turned around this off season.

Yes. We need a RB in the first 2 rounds though. After that go defensive line all the way.

doubt anything happens tonight. Sounds like today was background check day and maybe trying to get a meeting set up. Tomorrow lets hope he flys in. If he does and JJ wants him , he won't leave valley ranch without signing.

I want a big time sack guy as much as anyone, but Hardy sounds like a guy making decisions that bring a lot of drama in his life.

If his ex was a party girl and an admitted narcotics user, seems very plausible that he knew about it and was indifferent to it. That's best case scenario. It doesn't seem like it was a situation where she had this secret addiction and he knew nothing about it. He wasn't married to her. Didn't have kids with her. If he wasn't okay with it in his life, he could have just ended that relationship. Add in reports of him keeping a mini arsenal. I don't know...there are some large warning signs with this guy.

It would have to be a super team-friendly contract. I don't see how you could give a big contract to Hardy while playing hardball with Dez.

I have been seduced by a sexy wild child and tried to extract [did] but the exit was noisy
who hasn't

There is a big difference in "rape" and nearly beating a woman to death. Both are wrong and not saying one is better than the other. But big ben never hit the woman.

Go read about the hardy case.

Dude, she literally broke a finger nail only during the "beating". You're seriously telling me a guy his size only breaks her fingernail if he wanted too?
She also chased him out to his car in front of two witnesses, screaming for him to return with her to the apartment he left.

I would be shocked if they just now checked him out.

The judge was quoted as saying that the bruising on her body from the ER visit led her to give some credence to her story. Those pictures disappeared after the bench trial and the defense claimed to have inconsistencies in the injuries reported though so who knows.

$260 mil. guaranteed...

No not 260 mil guaranteed of a 300 million contract. Jerry gave him 310 of 300 million contract guaranteed. Jerry is quoted as saying "it's Chuck Norris and d### it, he's worth it"

Hogwash. Pass rushers are too in demand for that kind of contract. Once the suspension is behind him, some team is going to have a heck of a player to make their playoff run.

Then you see what Avril and Bennet got a couple years ago. The DE market isn't what conventional wisdom says it is.

That's all kinds of messed up. Rape is the greater crime, especially when there was no woman beaten, never mind near to death.

That literally makes no sense. First you say there is a big difference between the two. Then one isn't better than the other. Then you say "but Ben never hit a woman" which more than implies that you think one is in fact better than the other. I mean that statement right there all but reads "Well Ben raped her but he never hit her" as if that makes it better.

Both are wrong. Both are horrible. Both are a life altering event no woman should go through. You should have left your statement right there.

As for the rest of your statement. Well many have read what multiple sources have said. Honestly I think there was more evidence to prove Ben did something wrong compared to what is out there against Hardy (imo of course). But I guess it's better that way cause Ben never hit his woman.
