That's what Hardy side said. Other witnesses said alot worse happened.

What other witnesses. The other girl in the apartment said she heard a lot of noise but she didn't actually see anything. You have Holder who said he grabbed her arm choked her and threw her on a couch. What other witness is there?

there is a good amount of misinformmation circulating. I want to see those pictures that the court lost.

Not what people saying. You say that because you saw a video. How and beating a woman doesn't mess with their minds. Man please your sounding like an idiot.

Have you ever been around a woman that's been beat. they are scared and jumpy for a long time.

I have been around all kinds of physical violence. You are speaking in broad generalizations that may or may not apply in this case. Not everyone has PTSD and not all PTSD manifests in the same way. You don't know a thing about Holder in that regard.

You sound like you like to bluster to back up baseless assertions.

If Hardy really flew into DFW tonight I think he is a Cowboy tomorrow. Both of these news stories in the Dallas and FW papers saying they would give him a contract like McClain or Melton are exactly the kind of "positioning" the team would do through the media if they had exchanged preliminary offers with Hardy and were looking to finalize things tomorrow. They probably are in the ballpark on total dollars but have to decide on how much is front loaded and how much is backloaded.

I'm on your side with the Hardy thing, especially your POV that it's laughable to suggest he was at one point found guilty, when "no evidence" exists......but rape is worse.

The evidence at the trial was the girl's testimony but it completely contradicted the police report she filed under oath. The differences are why the DA dropped the case instead of going to trial or even attempting to get a plea bargain.

That's what a lot of people don't get about the bickering on the trial details. Its a binary decision - if Hardy is a thug that beats women no one wants him on the team. If he is (yet another) guy that dated a hot psychopath and it cost him, its manageable just like situations with Dez, Michael Irvin, etc.

Hardy was found guilty in a Judge-only trial. So, one person making a judgement call. Not saying he didn't do anything wrong, but can't say without a doubt either way. He said, she said.

It was a bench trial in lieu of a grand jury proceeding on the eve of an election cycle. The prosecution dropped the case on appeal and in doing so made innuendo to an agreement. There is no proof beyond that of such a contract and a contract to avoid criminal testimony is criminal. The prosecutor making innuendo bordering on accusation to crimes that he won't investigate or prosecute has always struck me as passive aggressive amateur hour.

OTOH it has gotten the punitive bunch quite a bit to wave their hands at. Nevermind the disposition on the case is not guilty.

Exactly, the next civil servant to take complete responsibility for screwing up will bring the grand total for that event to .... One.

Cowboyzone is being trolled. why should i believe Hardy flew to Dallas tonight? for all i know, this is just a troll job on cowboy fans.

It could be, which is why I put "for what its worth" in there. However, it does make sense. Things seem to be moving very fast now.

Wait. Was I not supposed to post that? Sorry if I broke a rule.

He just means this will be a 200 page thread tomorrow because of that post. You did nothing wrong.

And if Hardy makes the Pro Bowl as a Cowboy, you should get a T Shirt that says you were first to call it.

I don't need a t-shirt. Just let the Cowboys sign Greg Hardy and I will be more than happy.
