Here is what he said...There is no shortage of superstar NFL defensive linemen that would like to leave their present clubs to become Cowboys. One of the two guys is not a perfect fit because he’s a 4-3 guy. The other one, though, is to die for.

Taylor is a 3-4 or a 4-3 guy, (he won the MVP playing in Saban's 3-4), so I interpret it as he was saying one guy is exclusively a 4-3 player. He never said they both are 4-3 players.

As if it matters, neither are going to play for Dallas.

It's great that they want to play in Dallas, but it isn't very realistic that either will get to. It would surprise if the Cowboys add any (expensive) free agents to the defensive line in the next couple of years or even longer. I don't think that will be any kind of a priority for Dallas, both because of the players they've got, the ability to add cheaper depth at the positions and other positions being of more value.​

I also think he is in the last year of his deal, but I could be wrong...

You would have to think it's players who would want out of where they are. I'm stickin' to Taylor and Lewis.We all know about Taylors situation and Lewis is up for contract next year.

Except Ray Lewis is not a defensive lineman, he's a linebacker... so it's clearly not him that Fisher is referring to...

Patriots, Jets, Dolphins, Chargers, Browns, Steelers, & 49ers would be the teams.

Thats how I took as well. I dont think anyone would think Taylor was exclusively a 4-3 guy. He's done very well in both.
