Claiborne has never played "great". He's been good. You're wrong. The greatest ability is availability. Claiborne does not possess that.

This was only through week 4, but Im not going to spend anymore time trying to show you logic. Mo played at a high level until he was hurt. I realize the injuries are a problem but the idea of moving on for the sake of moving on is stupid. I can support moving on because you've replaced a player with someone better and more reliable. I can not support the typical nacho cheese stained fan foaming at the mouth "cut this guy," when they have no grasp of what we will do to replace said player.

We'll see. That report seemed a bit indefinite. If he does, it's probably because we wanted to let him walk, since there doesn't seem to be much market for him.

Given that Carroll looks like a Carr replacement, letting Mo walk would be pretty telling.

At some point we are going to need some bodies in our defensive backfield. We are an injury away from practice squad players becoming starters.

What bothers me is that Scandrick struggled at times last season, too. We're really thin back there right now.

Scandrick will be at 2014 form this year, he will be 2 years removed from his ACL and MCL tear. I just believe they have there eyes set on CB in the first few rounds of the draft this year

Yep, Leary hurt. And Church did, too.

I'd like to get Carr and Claiborne signed. I want the draft to be about the front 7.

Ewww on both Carr and Claiborne. We already have one mediocre CB in Carroll under contract. I don't need Carr back now.

Carr might be the most overrated player on this team and it seems to stem from the fact that despite being mediocre, he at least doesn't get hurt. Not exactly a great reason to bring a guy back when you already just signed a mediocre CB in Carroll.

If Mo leaves it will be the first loss that I consider a real negative.

I do get that sick feeling Mo goes on to have a long productive career elsewhere like Newman, Jenkins or pacman. Having gone through his crappy years I was hoping we could take advantage of his improved play. Lol for some reason we just cant get dbs to excel for us. At the beginning of the offseason I guessed wed keep:

Mo
Wilcox
Butler
DMC

and let the rest walk. Losing our entire starting defensive backfield(minus Jones) is peculiar. We must love the dbs in this draft class.

Carr is better than mediocre. Just not worth that huge contract he had.

Always took the tough assignment with no pass rush help at all. ALWAYS AVAILABLE. Never missed a game. He'd be the perfect No. 2 corner.

Awesome. For 3 games? Yay. You've changed my mind. We should totally ignore the majority of the time when he sucked AND rode the bench. Pay the man!

He was good all year until getting hurt again. Pretty positive I said that but you clearly have an agenda. Listen if you keep this up I see no way that it doesnt end in a Foot loose style dance off. So you best move on.

sweet, we invest high picks in this guy and develop him and right as he starts turning the corner, we let him walk.
