Fisher on Murray

Anyone have a video of this play?

I was at the game and never saw a replay...the hole liked gigantic, but Murray isn't one that scores from far out like that...still a huge play, if he hangs on

Video please

Yep...not going to find a better situation. Great, young offensive line and an All-Pro QB...

Bah...let him take the money and whither away somewhere else.

thats the thing i dont think there is going to be a team willing to break the bank.

I don't really even want him back. He is approaching 30, just got rode hard and wore down, and only had one great season in a contract year. All red flags for a RB. Draft a guy with speed in rounds 2 or 3 and pair him with what we have. If you don't feel set halfway through camp, go get one of the dozen or so veteran RBs that are always available or wait for final cuts. No need at all to give Murray a long term deal north of $4 million a year. We need that money for Dez and defense.

Enjoy Cleveland or Oakland or something, Demarco.

Demarco isn't stupid. He knows the market for RB has changed. I hope his agent doesn't just go for the $$ and send him to JAX or Cle. I just hope DeMarco doesn't take it as an insult and sign with a rival or NFC team to get back at us (for the same amount or less than what we are willing to pay).

what happen to murray's speed? Murray runs tough and etc but man in the open field murray is terrible lol. Idk what happen to his speed. He broke a run vs greenbay that he should of took to the house. Im suprise with murray's hand we didnt see more Randle to atleast keep murray fresh. I rather randle had taken dunbar carries. Randle seems to run like murray but quicker and faster with better open field moves.

I am assuming you want illusiveness and vision to get through the hole first.....then take it to the house speed?

I like the first two. Home run speed is last. Hard to get all three.

Agreed...and when you find all 3 you usually find a man not built to take the punishment of the NFL.
Murray is a workhorse. He isn't a breakaway back.

Like Randle.

I reserve my judgement on Randle given his touches. I still remember during his first season he was nothing special. I also question his ability to get the tough yards on 3rd and short or 4th and short.

Ideally I want another bigger back that splits carries with Randle. Keep everyone fresh and explosive.
