How many different underlings can you blame for failure before you have to come to the conclusion that it must be the head coach?

If not, at what point do you blame the head coach for continually bringing in coordinators that can't get the job done?

The coaches built a system and ask the players to execute it. They have no room for adjusting to the players and opponents. It’s the system, and when it doesn’t work, you just have to get better and hope you run it next time.
Interesting view.

Not sure it's like that but maybe.

If they are building a system the players do not fit..

then that's a problem.

Seems to me you figure out what the player does well and design your plays to make that work.

That's the coaches.

I am proud of Rockport / Amberbeer. I think this may the first time he has ever admitted there is a problem with the team. He usually just goes around calling out anybody and everybody who says something negative no matter how truthful the negative he is defending is. Sooner or later he will realize it all points back to Garrett. Baby steps!!! Now he will realize his fan card will not be revoked for pointing out a problem.
