Clueless are unable to see all wins and flat just give up. Seven starters on the sidelines and a top running back would help a lot.
yeah we would be relevant which is all you care about

I cannot think of one team in the NFL that has a dominant running game, and a subpar QB.

Iggles: Barkley. We can debate Hurts value, but he's playing better and adds to the run game
Ravens: Henry. Lamar at QB
Commodes: Robinson, but Daniels is amazing
GB: Love and Jacobs
ARZ: Murray. Jury is out but I'd take hiim, with Conner
Lions: no explanation needed
Tampa: Mayfield has been great, with Irving
Bills: Josh

We could have a run game and with Dak at the helm, teams stack the box and let the QB beat you. Is anybody confident Dak can be the guy ahead of any of these names?

Agree on anything you say about our wannabe GM.

At some point we have to start addressing the QB position. How many years of ignoring the most important position on the field is acceptable to you? We need QB competition!

They addressed it. They gave Dak 60 million a year.

Lets be honest.. Dak is going to go into a shell eventually in a big game. The guy is not a big game player and Dak is always at his best when the run game is dominant.

Also, we can get back to playing keep away from our opponent which in turn will help the defense.

Fixing the run game could also be a fairly cheap fix.

The Eagles, 9ers, and Lions have all been top tier NFC teams and they have done it because of their run game while having QBs that are on Dak’s level.

The draft has some incredible RBs all throughout.

I like Jeanty, Henderson, Carson, and Humphrey in that order for Dallas.

We need so many pieces on both sides of the ball but a strong run game could hide a lot of our future problems and there will be many.
There’s more to it than that, imo.
You must run the ball so your offense is diverse.
You need a second receiver who can beat man coverage on a regular basis. That’s the NFL today.
You must be able to stop the run and force teams to be as one dimensional as possible.

To be successful vs the best teams and in the playoffs, those three are critical.

The best teams have great QBs and don’t care if they are 1 dimensional.

The NFC tends to have more balanced teams because the best QBs are Dak types.

A few of us here have been saying this about the run game since Romo. I guess it's no longer antiquated.

You should. I just continue to be right about everything.

Time just keeps making my opinions look genius.
Love ya bro but you have a lot in common with Nav, just saying.
You are just mature enough to leave all the childish emojis alone, well done.

I agree with you a little bit, yes fix the run game but you do that by fixing the line first. Dak goes into a shell when the team goes into a shell, the QB position is a very needy position, he needs for his play caller to call good plays, his line to do their jobs so that the RBs can do their job, and give Dak the time to see which WR is doing their job down the field and once he throws them the ball they complete their jobs, and on defense they do their jobs , all that makes Dak successful. Dak needs the same thing Troy had. Troy threw for 300 yards or more in 13 regular season games, 17 total games with playoffs included, now I know it was a different era, the era of the run game, but that run game is cycling back around. Dak needs that he is a true back in the day game manager/Bus driver like Troy was, now what he does not have is the personality and attitude that Troy had, that leadership style that QBs would get on their linemen when they were not doing their jobs.
I disagree Dak has played in some big games and won, all you haters were not saying that in the beginning when ya'll were talking that he was better than Romo.

Now, here's another thing I disagree with you on, Omarion Hampton is the best RB coming out of the draft, he is the one that we should target because all the teams that need a RB that will pick before us one will take Jeanty, he's good but I don't believe he's better than Hampton., this draft is RB full, UFC has a good one, Kansas, Iowa, Henderson stays hurt too much, I have watched a lot of him during his time at Ohio state. Who's Humphrey, and Carson?

Although the team would still be utimately left with the same extremely playoff challenged QB, at least the offense could finally return back to some semblance of balance and not be so predictable.

BUT if the same HC, OC and oline coach return...
I wouldn't expect too much improvement even with a top tier RB addition.
That's how clueless those 3 stooges are with regards to implementing a competent 2025 style run game.
The team is playoff challenged, the QB play only as good as his teammates, stop blaming Dak! No QB can win or carry a team by himself, that crap is not true any one that has ever played football knows this

Cowboys need a franchise QB. Its about time we get our Joe Burrow or Lamar Jackson
SMDH a Joe Burrow maybe, but Lamar Jackson you have got to be kidding, he's a great athlete playing at QB, but he's not that guy, oh you will get highlights, great regular season wins blah blah blah, same things we get now. He is not arm talented

The difference is they are clearly phenomenal QBs and Daks just pretty good.
Over the years we have disagreed on a lot of things, this I agree with you, Dak is not just pretty good though he is good,

You can't bench a 1,000 yard RB.

Rico is the guy in 2025. Deuce is the backup.

Lamar is a nightmare to play against and has won MVP 2 times.

He is a more impactful player than Dak. Duh.
