Lamar is a nightmare to play against and has won MVP 2 times.

He is a more impactful player than Dak. Duh.
LOL!!! and what has those 2 MVPs gotten him? also his impact does not seem to be much more than Dak's in the playoffs LOL! Catch are you being funny, throwing shade at others that are talking up Jackson?

Since it's a weak QB draft, what I'd personally do is Draft O-line in the first and third, Draft D-line in the second, Draft another D-Line or a LB in the 4th, and best left from there.

I think 2025 is already shot for the Cowboys because Dak will come back and play as poorly or almost as poorly as he did this season. I think he's cooked. Even if he plays well in the regular season, he'd choke in the playoffs anyway. So run it back with Dowdle as RB (who might do a fine job) and knowing the Cowboys will not do great in 2025, plan for 2026 and see what the QB crop is in that draft. This MIGHT let us fix both lines before we get a QB for the future. The run game would surely be fixed as long as the coaches stuck with it. That can only help the offense.

That's just my two cents.

Love ya bro but you have a lot in common with Nav, just saying.
You are just mature enough to leave all the childish emojis alone, well done.
I don’t know what to tell you. I keep getting it right.

SMDH a Joe Burrow maybe, but Lamar Jackson you have got to be kidding, he's a great athlete playing at QB, but he's not that guy, oh you will get highlights, great regular season wins blah blah blah, same things we get now. He is not arm talented
LOL

Lets be honest.. Dak is going to go into a shell eventually in a big game. The guy is not a big game player and Dak is always at his best when the run game is dominant.

Also, we can get back to playing keep away from our opponent which in turn will help the defense.

Fixing the run game could also be a fairly cheap fix.

The Eagles, 9ers, and Lions have all been top tier NFC teams and they have done it because of their run game while having QBs that are on Dak’s level.

The draft has some incredible RBs all throughout.

I like Jeanty, Henderson, Carson, and Humphrey in that order for Dallas.

We need so many pieces on both sides of the ball but a strong run game could hide a lot of our future problems and there will be many.
Enough of the Sauce and let's deal with the STEAK of the matter.................... We desperately need a true Franchise QB!!!!!!
The End!

Again. You’re generalizing. Watch football please.

Believe it or not there are QBs who haven’t won a championship that are elite players.

Dak’s a good player but he wins and loses the same games Cooper Rush does for the most part.

Is he better than Rush? Of course. But he’s not some elite big impact football player.

LOL! Here we go with this again, The Franchise QB, SMH. it's been awhile, so I will say this again how many so called pegged franchise QBs has failed in this league, and when do you know that they are a Franchise QB before they actually suit up and play games for you, which brings me to are they developed or already made when they are born?

OK Nostradamus, the days of glorifying yourself have been embellished by this forum, and I respect your words as well or I would not bother to respond.
Just step back at times and observe and you will be a wiser man for it.

What do I need to observe?

We’re observing the future I predicted for this franchise and Dak.

Cowboys need more help than that. They need to stop the run and improve in the trenches.

We need an elite QB or a QB that can outperform a Rookie or little better than mid tier QB contract.

What you can’t do is pay Dak like he’s one of the best and win championships.

He just needs too much around him to ever be successful while still making a ton of money.

Oh I watch football, I will return that same statement back to you , Watch football please. and read my post again, I said Lamar is a great athlete playing at QB, he's an elite talent.
Hell Troy was s good player too, he was not elite are impactful either, but because he had everything he needed around him he has 3 rings.
I have to shake my head because I think you are bored and want to start something. If Dak and Cooper Rush are FAs who would be sign within an hour ? We already know Rush will not because he's been unsigned on the practice squad and left the team twice now and cut both times and we picked him up if it wasn't for the Cowboys Rush would not be in the NFL.
I am glad that you do know that Dak is better than Rush, I said Dak was good, That word Elite is too easily tossed around now days, that people really do not know what elite talent is

Mahomes is the only sure fire Elite QB right now; but this year Jackson, Burrow and Allen have played like one.
But to be the best you have to do it in the playoffs and that is what separates Mahomes from the rest; what he has done in the playoffs

Let's visit the Word Elite, using players. Right now the only QBs that I can say that are elite mentally and physically is Mahomes, and at one point Rogers(but he's old now).
Everyone else is coming up short on one or the other

yes Mahomes is the only one, but look at the definition of Elite. Jackson and Burrow definitely has the physical but the mental part is TBD, I definitely believe Burrow will check that box, but Lamar, nah he will never check that box

Burrow is elite but just so happens to play on a team with no OLine or defense. Allen isn’t quite there yet, too bad Mahomes is in his way. I agree with your assessment of Lamar.
