Fletcher Cox: "We are the better team"

They were the better team today? Give them credit, they made plays when it counted, etc. for a start? It's sour grapes.

Maybe so. But it's not important. It's no different then what you hear in almost every game like this between rivals almost every year.

This is nothing new and I don't know why anyone is so upset about what is a pretty standard answer from NFL players.

Hey Silver I have to ask you something Barry asked Jerry after beating the steelers in our last Super Bowl victory " Are You Happy Now !!!"

Hard not to be happy when we sit here on Monday enjoying the atmosphere of a 6 game winning streak. Even with my concerns last night....very happy!! It is not just another manic Monday..it is a happy Monday yet again.

They might be but they allowed an offense lead by two rookies to run up 460 yards of total offense.

I guess the question is whether or not the gap between Dallas' and Philly's offense is greater than Philly's advantage on defense.

Philly may have a special team advantage, but with Dallas having Bailey it can't be by much, if at all.

I think they gave up about 380 in total offense to Dallas in regulation

They have a better defense, one that seems to give Dallas fits for whatever reason.

However, Dallas' offense a lot better than the Eagles offense.

The philly media makes them believe that and hypes them up

Their media is even more idiotic and myopic than ours is. Not sure if you're a Ticket listener, but the morning show does a bit called "The Touchdown Brothers" when we play the Eagles where they imitate a "typical" Philly sports radio show with two characters called Sal Amengola and Tony Ragu. If you just search for it, you can find audio. It's hysterical.

If the Eagles get a couple of receivers and 1-2 corners, they will be a force to reckon with for years to come. With that being said, if we get a couple of DEs and 1 linebacker and smarter special teams players, we would be Super Bowl bound for years. - ok maybe an overreaction, but we would be a Super Bowl perennial Super Bowl contender.

We best focus on that defense in free agency and the draft this off season and grab another play making WR then we will be in the conversation for some time as you say.

The Eagles have spent resources at WR and TE, just little production.
