Although free agency and those type of decisions are still months away, we have to factor in the Jerry Jones factor. If Murray, Ingram, Peterson and Lynch are all free agents then it will be interesting to see how Dallas approaches Murray regardless of how his season plays out.

Peterson has a decent chance of being released by Minnesota even if it turns out good for him in court although he probably gets a 4 game suspension for drug use. Jerry is a big fan of his and if Peterson feels he would be better off back in Texas, he probably comes much cheaper than Murray. So I hate to think it but Murray could be out just on dollars alone.

Shaping up to be an interestng off season.

Don't ever rule out Dan Snyder in free agency. He loves to pick up guys off our roster. Wouldn't shock me one bit if he offered Murray a huge deal.

Agree, but also think Murray if he's looking at all at moving , will consider quality of the O Line he would play with, and how much guaranteed money is involved.

Im gonna get flamed, but I think AD is going to be the most cost effective way of maintaining our ground dominance in terms of both money and potential draft pics

He will cost about half what we would have to pay Murray, would sign for fewer years because of his age and would keep up from spending a day 1 or 2 pick

And he has the hookup on the cataract medication ;)

They might... But they shouldn't... Let the market set the price.. If the price is too high pass..

Why on earth does anyone think "letting the market set the price" is a good idea? Do you like exposing players to the entire league so you'll be forced to pay absolute top dollar to keep players? How about we try and sign him before he hits the market as a FA and stay away from the Oakland Raiders of the world, who will throw out some ridiculous figure?
