The Cowboys may still be America’s Team, but they’re currently not Oxnard’s.

Charean Williams of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram has been mentioning the attendance at training camp. As pointed out inSaturday’s one-liners, only 3,503 total fans showed up in the first two days.

When reporting that number on Twitter, Charean predicted that the Cowboys “should have a big crowd at the kickoff Saturday.”

And only 4,279 showed up.

That’s a total (abacus engaged) of 7,782 fans in three days. Washington, in contrast, drew more than 11,000on Saturday alone at training camp in Richmond.

It could be that America’s Team no longer is. If it ever really was.

LOL......the whole article is to prove that the Cowboys are no longer "America's team" but the irony of this is that such a manginess article proves why they ARE America's team lol. What other team is getting notoriety for their lack of "interest at training camp"? This is ridiculous lol.

In Oxnard?...

Our draw here is huge. There is also comic con in San Diego this weekend just an FYI and there are thousands of people there. So this could be why attendance is down. Also there seemed to be a lot of traffic heading North so lots of people out of town. Drawing conclusions off of that is just silly and another attempt to make something out of nothing a story.
