What if we could get him?

Perhaps a pipe dream.
Two things stand in the way. Eagles would not trade the QB to another NFC east team.
And the Eagles can still put the franchise tag on him.

But blimey!
I still wonder if pipe dreams could happen.

They shouldn’t. He’s a bum with no upside. Wentz at least has that going for him.

He was pretty mediocre through these playoffs too. Sure he had a late drive against the Bears for a win but was awful for much of the game and didn't play well against the Saints either.

Yeah he didn’t. I don’t blame him for wanting to get paid....but it’s no contest if the decision is between him and Wentz.

Giving good assets to acquire a downgrade at QB is actually someone's pipedream? Whew. Dream bigger kiddos!

Anyone against getting competition behind Prescott shouldn't be discussing this.

We should be wanting to get the best we can out of Prescott - having two scrubs behind him does nothing for job security.

I agree with this. Competition brings out the best in players.

Brad Johnson was more proven than Foles. He's not a franchise starter
