As for the game, I think this is a great match-up of two quality teams.
Despite how fans and media alike love to slam the Cowboys they have enough firepower to play with anyone. The uncertainty of course is whether we'll shoot ourselves in the foot somehow and let mistakes (again) be our own undoing. That makes a lot of Dallas games very unpredictable.
I hope we're growing out of this but I don't know.
Like others, I was surpised the Bears played the falcons as close as they did in Atlanta. That certainly didn't discourage me.
I actually think on each teams best day, we're better. But will we be this week? I think this team's psyche is a bit bruised after this start and we have the potential to fold the tents if our current trend continues. We are getting mercilessly lambasted IMO and at some point, when you truly are struggling to find yourself, it could all cave in.
I will say that I am thankful that in 2009 it appears that players like Witten, Brooking, James, & Ware are this teams leaders and are all very much team guys. As opposed to last year in which their was too much vocalness around who is to blame.
