For those with All 22, was the oline really that bad in the running game?

I also Blame the play calling to a large extent but also the lack of a burner for the umpteenth year in a row to scare a defense.

I had hoped that Zeke would add a dynamic to the offense..just haven't seen it yet.

The play calling needs to include swing passes to Zeke to get him space and draws occasionally on 3rd and long. We also need to attack the edge...this isn't Demarco anymore where we can't get on the edge. We should have kept running off right tackle to make ol' hamburger helper tackle.

We let one get away this week and it is frustrating.

The offensive line was really bad.

The Giants DID put 8 and sometimes 9 in the box when we were in a "run" formation. Our best chances to run should have been in 3 wide sets because then they only had 6 in the box.

Zeke needed to be a little more patient.

There were holes, sometimes gaping, off tackle. He plowed forward into backs and *****.

There were also creases where Morris got skinny and some yards with a little patience.

He'll be fine, IMO.
 I think there is a song by Guns and Roses about this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best O line in the NFL - young, strong and w 3 pro bowlers + big money contracts shouldn't be dominated. What's the point of having the best and spending all those resources both draft and $, if you are gonna get beat every single time.

So i guess the Giants payoff in Vernon and Damon Harrison > then our payoff in Frederick, Tyron, and Martin.

Main culprits were Witt and Collins in the running game. Play call didn't help either. I would have tried more outside runs and even run few jet sweeps to Lucky to give the Gints DL one more thing to think about.
I have to say amen to this. We rarely tried to get outside, little misdirection, etc. Zeke seems like he would do will with a draw or sweep play and I saw little of that. Face it, we just don't have the coaching to be a contender. I'm pretty much resigned to mediocrity with the occasional playoff appearance for several more years to come, sad to say.

those would not have worked. zeke ran like a rookie, he will get better. he did not let his line get their assignments blocked. if you saw morris then you saw why a vet rb was better that day. the sky is not falling please give us a break, with this complaining nonsense

They would have helped. It's obvious, what they were doing wasn't working. And who's complaining? It looks like you are complaining more about people complaining.
