He was an absolute stud for the Longhorns. I wish it would've carried over with the Cowboys.

Why would he retire in the middle of a season? At least Gallup retired before the season started.
He was probably doing a lot of damage to his knee so he made the right decision for his future. He's only 27.

Perhaps the pain became too much for him to tolerate while playing. Everyone's human.
Just like that cornerback we drafted in the first round, I forget his name but he signed with miami. He said he wished he had never played football. He can't even run anymore.

It's because the Cowboys coaches are idiots!!! Dumb idiots never understood how to properly use Connor Williams. He was a Center who was forced to play Guard. The Dolphins figured it out right away and used Connor properly for several years. Too bad Connor Williams tore up his knee. If not, he would still be playing and dominating at Center.
