It's surprising nobody has stepped in on this one. It's high profile and pretty clearly a dangerous mental health issue. It's very sad.

I wouldn't think so at this point. It's much more likely he suffers from a psychological disorder. He's of the age these issues reach their apex (late 20s).

There are theories that brain damage related to CTE can happen as early as High School. There's, obviously, a lot more work that needs to be done so who's to say how accurate that may be. You can bet the NFL won't be funding a whole hell of a lot of it.
