My heart hurts now. It doesn't seem right that he was only 38 years old. I used to love it when the offense was struggling, then they'd bring him in and he'd run like everyone on the defense said something about his mama, and he'd fire the whole team and stadium up.

I've never heard anyone say a bad thing about the guy on or off the field. That says a lot about the impression he left on people.
