Another fool that thinks coaching is the issue here…
Is right , just like blaming just one player. It’s just as ridiculous.
Coaching motivation scheme. I don’t think any of it fits. So yes, it comes down to coaching, it comes down to players that fit the scheme. It comes down to Jerry in my opinion, just signing names and doesn’t care if it gels or not. He definitely wants to win. He just hasn’t come up with the right formula.

I actually didnt have an issue with Moore. I think he was having some growing pains but he was always in the top offenses minus a few seasons. He had some things to improve but Id rather had kept him at OC vs MM calling plays, and Id rather give him a chance at HC before I bring MM back. Id take Johnson first, but Moore, Monken, Brady would be right after that. I dont want another retread.
After seeing Mike…..im not missing Moore but whatever issues we had or this myth about his lack of running the football was that.

Mike should’ve just said he wanted to coach his offense. I’d respect it more.

Exactly . Siriani is middle of the road and Kellen was one and done in SD . Check out the HC in Indy & Az off the Siriani coaching tree . Not exactly lighting up the league .

MM does need to go but Banner puffing out his chest over the Eagles coaching history cmon man what’s up with that ?
Five NFCCGs in 8 years with Philly. He originally hired Roseman and Veach. What do those guys do now? The coaches he identified and hired that have gone on to significant success as head coaches in the NFL is extraordinary. Not just with the Eagles.

And Sirianni is only in his fourth year as an NFL head coach. He already has a ”coaching tree”?

His OC got the Indy job and that offense is stuck in neutral with Richardson & Flacco and his DC got the Cardinals job and they’ve been roadkill in the desert for the big boyz Rams & Niners . They are both young coaches hired off the Siriani staff the off-season after the SB . Yes they are Siriani “ guys “ .

If he’s spawning head coaches after two seasons as a head coach that is rather remarkable.

Young coaches , coordinators off his staff . Both two yrs in no playoffs so far . As far as Siriani I liked Pederson better as HC and yes I know Jax has been a bumpy ride . That Jaguars owner would be dumb not to give Pederson one more yr to turn it around .

Perderson is likely gone. Sirianni may well be let go to if Philadelphia does not win at least one playoff game. That may not be enough.

Pederson should get hired somewhere else if he gets fired . He won a SB that’s not easy . Jax has been injured all year . It’s tough to get that winning culture back from the Tom Cougjlin Mark Brunell years .

Would not mind Pederson in Dallas working to see if Prescott is salvageable .

Banner is about to field calls from Howie Roseman and Adam Peters telling him to shut the hell up. Giving Jerry a road map out of the desert is in nobody's interest.
Jerry is in the desert because he is on a quest to win it his way. He hired the great coach and won it all. Got no recognition. And that is what he is after, trying to prove that those 90s teams had nothing to do with Jimmy or coaching. Petty petty man.

Well, that history has already been written. Jerry actually only succeeded in proving the opposite: Jimmy was 100% responsible for those Super Bowl teams.

If Jerry were as savvy a negotiator as he thinks he is, he could have made a deal to get Henry and maybe another big player

But his unwillingness to even try, shows he’s all hat, no cattle

Jacksonville might have the real worst GM in the league.

Funny that Banner didn't say what he should have said...look at all the top teams GM and they are all head and shoulders better than the one in Dallas.

The Dallas GM hamstrings the HC, OC, and DC. The same does not apply anywhere else.
