MM won with Aaron friggin Rodgers ( a top 5 all-time QB talent) and they hated each other.
He has done nothing of note with any QB outside the top 10 in 15 years.
Calling him a QB whisperer is an epic stretch.

Journeymen QBs are going for 25M-30M this off-season.
QBs have all the leverage and have for about a decade now which is why their money is stupid.

Even if you find a miracle QB in round 4 a la Dak you are going to have to eventually pay them too.
QB play isn't cheap and it certainly isn't free.

You can of course go cheap and just suck and then draft one after a full on year of trash play. --See NYG.
Then you can play that guy with team that's left and suck again but hopefully build in 2-3 years.
