FWIW-audio communication has been blowing out on an almost consistent basis at The Linc(where the Eagles play, of course) during their opponents' drives at critical junctures of the games. Joe Gibbs complained about it. It happened against the Bears last year when they had the ball with no TOs, and less than 2 minutes to play(they ended up winning through).

Actually-I'm wondering why teams like the Eagles(and the Packers, who have been doing so) have gotten a free pass on this issue.

This is "probably" true. But no proof.

Plus, we're talking about "video" here. Pro-Patriot people are claiming that "everyone else" has been doing it.

I'm simply saying that if that's the case, then why don't we hear about them?

People point to our 90s teams and claim JJ did it too....but this was before folks were asked to stop.

If you actually read what JJ said he said he did it for a short while in 89 and stopped cause he got nothing from it.
If people are going to take JJ word for it as proof that we did then don't twist them

How is it a non-story because he wants to get paid for it?

I dont see the connection?

Walsh doesn't mention that he wants to be compensated. He wants to make sure that no legal ramifications come back against him (like losing his 401k) or anything happening to his family that still lives back in Massachusetts.

Walsh signed a non-disclosure clause with New England when he was terminated. He's afraid that if he comes forth, the Pats could have legal recourse against him, unless he's disclosing it to the NFL or Congress.

Essentially, the best he can do is be vague at this moment until he's called forward by the NFL or Congress because he'd be violating the non-disclosure agreement.

JJ will do whatever he can to defend his boy. Im watching NFL on Fox and he just did the same thing when they talked about taping the Rams.

IF WALSH HAS VIDEO, BELICHICK DONE FOR A YEAR
How could he be merely suspended for a year? If this dude cheated to win a Super Bowl and they find evidence he did the same for the other two, he has no business in the league.
