With NFL kickers it’s all mental. If you ever watch them in pregame they never miss a field goal because there’s no pressure of the game. They like literally never miss. Game situation it makes it much more difficult. Never mess with a kickers mojo. They’re a breed of their own, they develop things that allow them to cope mentally and keep ice flowing through their veins to make kicks. I say coach was wrong on this one. Everybody on the team knows you leave the damn kicker alone.
