Kellen Moore is 30 and has been out of college for 7 years. The majority of coaches are guys who couldn't play in the nfl.

Most of the best coaches were never the best players and Moore will probably make a good coach one day. But the Dallas Cowboys should never have a rookie QB coach, especially when the QB needs some serious improvement!!
