This game is a complete snoozefest so far, hopefully they pick up the tempo

Timmy has a better command of the offense. Just like the announcers said, if Henson could have the same energy and personality that Timmy Chang has, he would be a pretty good QB. Timmy took the offense down and scored after going 6 for 6. He throws some picks, but it doesn't shake him. After throwing two TDs in the second QTR last week....he has 3 in the last two qtrs....not sure what he's done before the last two weeks.

I think Henson is fine, but I think he should be able to march the team down the field as well or better thna Chang. Hopefully he can lead some scoring drives next half.

What kind of comments are Menefee and Baldinger making about Henson? They cover a lot of NFL games for FOX. Do they have any good insight into how he looks or how he has progressed while being over there?

Geez, the Fire defense was so much better the first half of the season. They haven't played well in recent weeks. As I type this, the Fire just made a big int.

As for Chang, the guy was a passing machine in college. If anyone saw him, he would throw literally all the time, so he's a gunslinger and ints don't bother him much. He could catch on somewhere.

Announcer just said Henson sprained his MCL? But he's in the game now.

These two announcers are doing what announcers do all the time. They aren't COVERING the story they are CREATING the story. RAVING about Timmy Chang, when if anyone just watches the game you will know the difference between Chang and Henson.

*When Henson is in the game the Fire go to a "balanced" attacked with lots and lots of runs, especially on 1st down. It bogs an offense down.

*When Chang is in they go pass happy, every single week. In addition, they allow him to play much of the time out of the shotgun, which I have seen Henson in 1 TIME today.

So all this nonsense about a spark and such comes from them not paying attention to an overall offensive approach. Last week when the Fire needed a drive to win the game, and they let Henson just go back and throw, he did a pretty darn good job, and they won.

Henson has looked pretty flat the last couple games, and especially this one. In fact, he just looks downright horrible today. Sure his knee is banged up, but he just holds the ball entirely too long, waiting for that inevitable sack/fumble. I don't have to tell you who that reminds me of.
