Bro, Cee Dee is not better than AJ Brown. Stop. Mailata is a young pro bowl LT too
Really? Who was all pro? You fake Cowboys fans  Tyler was 21 years old, I think I would bet on his future over Malaya.

A Russell Wilson trade that was apparently a done deal would have killed the current Eagles team and Howie would have made a massive blunder. The Eagles got soooooo lucky Wilson rejected that trade. The Eagles got with those same picks AJ Brown, Jordan Davis, Jalen Carter and got to keep their MVP runner up in Hurtz. Would have destroyed the current team. AJ Brown alone would have hurt. Lucky!

Same way key coaching made wonders for MVP level playing Jalen Hurts ... the same way horrible coaching was key in Russell Wilson clearly had his worst year ever as an NFL player.

We'll see if there is a rebound year for Russell per Sean Payton in Denver land.

it will be interesting to see how Hurts continues to operate after his OC departed for an HC gig...

Another example of overall stats not telling the whole story. More often than not the game is decided on the one or two bad plays even if the total stats paint a different picture.

Just ask Neil O'Donnell.
Im speaking before the fumble. Hurts was having a historic game.

Parsons. Hurts is not even close to the top 5 quarterbacks in the league statistically. The only thing he does better then Dak is run.
Hurts is better at taking his team to the SB. Dak is better at choking in big games.

Nah, it's not QB that is deciding the gap......

- The gap between Eagles vs Cowboys is clearly the front office - and Eagles GM (per Howie Roseman) are clearly head and shoulders above Cowboys management, imo.

- We are not on their league, imo when it comes to " middle ground " difference making impact moves in player personnel includes key clever trades
(ala AJ Brown, Darius Slay, Chauncey Garner Johnson) ..... and key big FA signings ala LB/edge rusher Hasson Riddick and CB James Bradberry.

- And then it's their swaggering way of drafting key players and making their NFL draft- related swap trades up and down and investing in future picks that had included acquiring high early draft picks trade with Saints to get a top 10 overall pick (ala Jalen Carter) ..trade ups for DT Jordan Davis,.. and even WR Devontae Smith (per Cowboys)

- With our Cowboys management we only starting to finally make the offseason, non-NFL draft trads and FA re-signing that we've been missing out and ignoring (per cap boy Stephen ?)
for quite some time. Per shrewd late round picks for WR Brandin Cooks, and CB Stephen Gilmore as well as surprisingly re-signing S Donovan Wilson

-Eagles produced both the coaching staff and player personnel that empowered their drive to winning the NFC East division and onto competiiting in SB vs KC Chiefs.

- What would a Russell Wilson trade to Eagles would have looked under much better coaching staff and OL unit ? Russell totally blew that with a non-interest in Philly.! ..imo.
If the Eagles are so good, why don't they beat the Cowboys?

That's a silly take. The Cowboys are waaaay better than the Colts. Dallas lost to the Colts so does that mean the Colts are better?
The Cowboys are 3 and 1 against the Eagles over a 2 year period.

Statistically Hurts was 16-3 that's the only stat that counts.

What year are U going by ...?

We split with Philly last year with backup QBs determining win or lose ...they blew us out with our backup QB, while it came down to lsy play of the game with their backup QB .

No matter how it is twisted and sliced, it's a reason why we've exited the playoffs without sniffing the NFC title game ...while Philly has won 1 of 2 SBs including a backup QB.
That's fact, not opinion.

Dallas and Philly are both top 3 teams in the NFC. Dallas seems to be able to match up well with Philly. But Philly has been to two SBs in the last 5 years.

AJ Brown was all pro and you'd take a guy with a potential to be good over someone who is already a pro bowl top 5 LT?

Strongly disagree.

Dak threw for over 350 yards and 3 TD's against the Eagles last time they played. He ran 6 times for 41 yards, almost a 7 yard average.

If you think a healthy Hurts could have done better then why didn't he do better the first time the Cowboys and Eagles played last season?

Hurts threw for 155 yards and 2 TD's. He ran 9 times for 27 yards. He was sacked 4 times. The Eagles won because Rush threw 3 INT's.

It only took the best WR duo in the NFL to make Hurts legit. Compare that to Dak's situation last season when the 2nd leading receiver was Noah Brown. The Eagles had, arguably, the best O-line in the NFL. The Cowboys were constantly trying different lineups.

The gaps between the Cowboys and Eagles were in the health and talent level of their receivers and defensive line.

The Cowboys have addressed both areas.

Dak and the Cowboys are going to BBQ that pretender and his team in Philly this season.

And it ruined Wentz’s career. Exactly like Hurtz, Wentz looked like a MVP candidate until they ran him into significant leg injury and then…done. RGIII….same.
Take away Hurtz running and you get what he looked like the first two years…an inconsistent pocket passer who doesn’t see the field really well.
I'm not so sure. Wentz was always injury-prone through his college days. I am not surprised at all that he became injured a number of times. As for RG3, there were warning signs about his gait before the draft, specifically in tibial torsion and the way his knees lay, which would lead his to be more at risk for injury. Concerns confirmed. Zion Williamson has a similar issue. Know how many games he has missed already in his career?

Hurts might be different. RG3 always looked fragile. Wentz is big and strong but not stoutly built. Hurts looks like a fullback or MMA heavyweight fighter. If he goes the Franco Harris route when running, he may be able to play that style for 5-6 years.
