Why would any of you want Norm Chow ? Seriously.

He has never been a HC at any level. Yet you want him to take over one of the most storied franchises in the NFL ?

I will laugh my butt off if Norm Chow becomes the HC.

Every HC I know of started off as an assistant until they got an opportunity. Even Joe Gibbs.

BUT... look at who the QB is in AZ... and they have some marginally good WR's...

If there is one selling point it is Leinart and Chow relationship with him. So yes that clearly could sway him but again working in an organization such as the Cards given the quickness in which they go through coaches may not be the ideal situation for Chow for a 1st time HC job.

Parcells this year with either defensive coordinator Rob Ryan/Oakland Raiders or defensive coordinator Mike Smith/Jacksonville Jaguars signed as our DC . Also bring in a young offensive mind out of the NCAA for OC . In 2008 after Parcells retirement , name either your new OC or DC head coach . Depending on who has the best player relationshp .

In picking other I was thinking of next season to be honest.

The only names I really like on that list is Lovie and MAYBE Rivera. Lovie has HC exp so I put him higher at this point.

The other names just don't do much for me, there are a couple of names on there that IMO should not even be on there but I know trick was just trying to add more options.

What about Dom Capers? He did really well in Carolina and knows the 3-4? It's not his fault he got stuck with Casserly as GM and Carr as QB in Houston.

Not picking on you but I never expected that name.

I don't even know if he gets any teams asking to come to the pros.

I guess I always thought he would be a College DC and stick with Bowden through thick and thin...I mean surely he could have had a HC in college by now.

Rob Ryan is the other Buddy Ryan son. He's the DC in Oakland right now. Most people don't think of good defense in Oakland because of there record but they actually do play pretty good defense out there.
